Генетика обыкновенного жулана (L.collurio)

Уважаемые друзья. Получил письмо с просьбой помочь с материалами (перьями, слюной, кровью) по обыкновенному жулану для диссертации. Запрос касается материалов из Казахстана, но интересуют также популяции из других территорий. Ниже само письмо и ссылка на обращение. Dear Mr. Askar Isabekov,

My name is Liviu Parau. I am a 1st year PhD student (and bird ringer) at Heidelberg University (Germany) and I study population genetics of the Red-backed Shrike Lanius collurio.

To offer more details: during my PhD project I will analyze population structure and phylogeography of the Red-backed Shrike. I only have samples from a few European populations and I therefore need feathers, buccal swabs (saliva) or blood from breeding birds from the entire breeding range.

I contact you to ask if it is possible to obtain samples from breeding and/or migrating Red-backed shrikes in Kazakhstan. More information can be found in the pdf attached.
